He was born in Bienne (Switzerland), in 1964. He began his guitar studies in Rome with Maestro M. Gangi at the Conservatory of S. Cecilia where he graduated with honors in 1986.

After having continued the work with M ° J.L. Lopategui in Barcelona, ​​in 1989 he began a course of study with Maestro Alberto Ponce at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, where he obtained in 1992 the 1st prize at the Superior Competition.

In 1993 he was awarded at the prestigious International Competition of Radio France, and since then he has played an important concert career that has led him to perform as a soloist and with orchestra in numerous music festivals in France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Argentina (Festival International de Guitare de Paris, Sala Olivier Messiaen of the Maison de Radio France in Paris, Parco della Musica in Rome, Duomo di Monreale in Palermo, Sala della Sopracenerina in Bellinzona, Politeama di Lecce, …….)

He recorded for Italian television (RAI), for French radio (Radio France) and a C.D. Dances for the EM Recording.

From 1997 to 2006 he studied composition with Maestro Eduardo Ogando.

She has participated in the performance of Le Marteau sans Maitre by Pierre Boulez with the singer Alda Caiello, for the Suona Francese Festival, a festival proposed by the French Embassy in Italy and by Culturesfrance in collaboration with “Il Corriere della Sera” and Radio Tre RAI .

Since 2008 he has been part of the PMCE (Parco della Musica Contemporary Ensemble), with whom he performed the first performance in Italy of Little Imber by the Georgian composer Guiya Kancheli, at the Parco della Musica in Rome.

He is the founder of the Ensemble Notturno Concertante with whom he has performed in the world premiere and in the first Italian, the opera “Quintetto Notturno Concertante” for guitar and string quartet by the Italian composer Fabio Vacchi, one of the most complex works in the chamber repertoire with guitar, at the Municipal Theater of Bahia Blanca (Argentina) and at the MAXXI Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome. This last concert was lavishly reviewed by the critic Sandro Cappelletto in the Classic Voice magazine of March 2013.

Recently, March 21, 2014, at the Parco della Musica in Rome, an important guitar recital for the review “Contemporanea”.

Among the upcoming important events, will be engaged on 11 June 2014 as a soloist at the prestigious Koncerthuset in Stockholm with the Ensemble Notturno Concertante.

As an event organizer he has curated, as artistic director, the “Spring musical meetings” at the church of S.Costanza and “Insieme Musica” at Palazzo Barberini in Rome.

He has taught at the French conservatories of S. Cloud, Veneux les Sablons, Vulaines sur Seine. He currently teaches at the conservatory “D. Cimarosa “of Avellino.
